Lazy Review: Jenifers Body
Jennifer's Body is shit.
For a 'Horror Comedy' there aren't any scares and the jokes are dreadful, In particular the joke about Wikipedia
The dialogue is appalling, and the use of the word Salty became particularly annoying (in this it means attractive).
It's also another crap film on Megan Fox's IMDB page ('How to lose Friends and Alienate People' is starting to look like a fluke).
It REALLY wants to be Heathers. It's not.
Verdict: 0/10. Avoid.
Review: Fish Tank
Gritty Urban Drama= rubbish
British Gritty Urban Drama= really rubbish
Fish Tank is the exception. Fantastic acting, direction, cinematography, editing, sound design. Well done to all involved.
Verdict: 10/10. This is now firmly in my top 10 of the year.
